SALES AUTOMATION MANAGER

Our client, a top notch FMCG company in Nigeria is
currently searching for Sales Automation
Manager.
Responsibilities
Partner with sales groups to define and prioritize
system development opportunities
Apply functional expertise in sales force automation
tools
Oversees system development initiatives through
the entire project management cycle
Develops collaborative partnerships across the
organization – Sales, Marketing, and MIS
Ensure effective communication occurs between
technology and sales groups throughout the entire
software development lifecycle
Participates in the business case development
leading to the successful approval of significant sales
automation technology investments
Requirements
Must possess B. Sc degree in Mechanical Engineering
or any Social Sciences discipline
Must possess a minimum of 5 years work experience
in a data driven sales in an FMCG industry
Ability to communicate technical information to a
wide variety of audiences
Ability to build strong relationships and influence
colleagues at all levels on the organization
Working knowledge of databases, business
intelligence tools, and marketing automation
Must possess a minimum of 5 years work experience
in a data driven sales in an FMCG industry
Strong process orientation and analytical skills
Good written and oral communication skills
