JOB TITLE: Call Centre Agent

We are currently recruiting Call Centre Agents for
our client, a major player in the Telecoms industry.
Purpose of the job
Answer incoming calls from customers to take
orders, answer inquiries and questions, handle
complaints, troubleshoot problems and provide
information.
Job Responsibilities
Answer calls professionally
Respond to customer inquiries
Research required information using available
resources
Handle and resolve customer complaints
Provide customers with product and service
information
Enter customer information
Identify and escalate priority issues
Route calls to appropriate resource
Produce call reports

Qualifications
Minimum of 0 – 2 years experience
Minimum of BSC / HND in related discipline
Proficient in relevant computer applications
Knowledge of customer service principles and
practices
Good data entry/keyboard skills
Relevant product knowledge
